Disney Cruise Line continues to highly recommend that all Guests be fully vaccinated and encourages unvaccinated Guests to take a COVID-19 test two days prior to sailing.
Guests booked on sailings departing from the U.S. November 14, 2022, through January 31, 2023, may modify or cancel their sailing by November 13, 2022 without any Disney-imposed cancellation fees.

Dear,All of us at Disney Cruise Line look forward to welcoming you aboard soon. We are reaching out with important updates to the COVID-19 testing requirements for your sailing.

Guests booked on sailings departing from the U.S. November 14, 2022, through January 31, 2023, may modify or cancel their sailing by November 13, 2022 without any Disney-imposed cancellation fees. Please contact your travel agent for details on how to cancel or modify your booking. Please note that change fees and cancellation fees imposed by third-party suppliers, such as airlines and hotels, as well as travel insurance, are not refundable. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. Standard cancellation policies and terms and conditions apply for any cancellation or modification requests received on or after November 14, 2022.
Guest must complete Online Check-in beginning 30 days prior to their sailing. You will need to submit the required documents as well as select a Port Arrival Time. All Guests, including our Platinum Castaway Club Guests, will need to select a Port Arrival Time. Please be aware that Guests will not be permitted at the terminal or in parking areas before their scheduled arrival time. Guests who arrive early will be asked to return at their scheduled arrival time. Online Check-in can be completed or modified up to one day prior to sailing. After completing Online Check-in, you will receive a Port Arrival Form by email. Bring this with you to the port to expedite your arrival.

So no more safe passage?
Great! No more vaccine checks, no more tests, no more safe passage uploads. We’ll be ready for May 2023 on the Wish! As many of us predicted just a few weeks ago, this was DCL slow rolling what everyone else in the industry already did to appear to be safe and customer focused. But at least they finally got there. I’m glad we can all get back to cruising without the ridiculous requirements. Happy cruising everyone!

Why not the February sailings, January sailings was last month
I received multiple emails and it states for cruises after february 1st so I do think they are covered. It states you have till November 17th to change.
I would like to know why this email isn’t for February bookings, last month when the January sailing were added when pre-testing was eliminated? Want to cancel my Feb 3 but right now lose on my concierge deposit.
This is great, but still not allowing Platinum cruisers anytime arrival. Come on Disney give us this perk back!!!
Woohoo! About time! I can now finally plan to keep my April sailing instead of having to move it again!
There is an email for sailings February 1 and later with different dates –

Actually CDC ended all of this lie in Jan 2022 it was the cruise industry who try to keep it going thinking it would make you feel safe. Big lie is now over and now know all said and done was a total waste of time and trillions of dollaars of tax payer money.
It’s great to see Disney finally following the science on this and moving past the fear and panic of the last few years. Getting rid of the vaccine requirements was a great start but it’s good to see this next step towards normal. Now we just need them to do it for ALL their cruises!
