Early last year we announced DCL Blog Group Cruise III when we returned home from #DCLBlogCruise 2 just in time for the 2021 summer itinerary announcement. However, due the continued uncertainty on when domestic cruising will resume and even more so, future limitations/restrictions, we felt it was in everyone’s best interest to move the cruise out a year to July 30, 2022.
DCL Blog Group Cruise III will be the same 7-Night Western Caribbean Cruise aboard the Disney Fantasy, but depart Port Canaveral on Saturday July 30, 2022. The sailing is scheduled to stop in Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Falmouth, and Castaway Cay along with a couple of sea days for some fun onboard activities.
While we are still super hopeful the cruise in 2021 will sail. However, we are concerned that we won’t be able to fully take advantage of group activities. There are a lot of unknowns on what the restrictions will be involving events and excursions with people from different households, and that’s part of what makes the blog cruises so fun! With that in mind, we thought we would take the more cautious route, and move ahead with planning for the summer of 2022.
The DCL Blog Cruise III will feature exclusive events with myself, Emily & Isabelle, onboard! All of these events will be exclusive to the DCL Blog Cruisers booked through Storybook Destinations, our travel partner. This is a family-friendly group cruise all age groups will be welcome at activities which are not considered adult only. Plus, Isabelle will once again host a scavenger hunt!
Many group activities will be included, however, others will have an additional cost, such as Palo and potentially Remy. For more information, and to secure your stateroom, email DCLBlogCruise@StorybookDestinations.com to get a free, no-obligation quote.
Typically, with Disney Cruise Line, prices will go up, and stateroom categories will become limited, so we recommend securing your spot as soon as possible.
