This announcement clears up the itinerary gap that has been around since the Fall 2019 itinerary announcement. The itinerary is identical to the current 5-night Bermuda cruise with an overnight bookended by a day at sea.

Who will be some of the guests? And will they be accessible to their fans? The past cruises, celebrities were not at all friendly.

Now it’s July, any rumors as to guest stars? Last trip was great, interacted with Leslie Caron and Kim Novak

To me, this indicates a bit of weakness in DCL’s sailing market . . . otherwise, why would they sell capacity wholesale to TCM?

Magic is our favorite ship and I can understand why TCM would find the medium-size, deco decore, two superb auditoriums to screen films, ideal. Actually, I love old movies, but I associate a Disney ship with the DCL experience and I am not a fanboy of 1950’s 3rd-rate “stars”.

Moreover, we were able to snag a very, very attractive VGT rate for the Oct 12th sailing (the one immediately prior) from NYCity to Bermuda . . same 5-day itinerary, so I wonder . . .

Just like the NY-Boston-Canada sailings during the Fall of 2018, has the East Coast cruise market been a little weak for DCL?
