DCL Updates Guests Booked on the Disney Magic’s December 1, 2017 Sailing from San Juan

Disney Cruise Line sent emails to guests booked on the Disney Magic’s December 1st 5-Night Eastern Caribbean Cruise from San Juan about a change in the all aboard time and basically, said Tortola is still up in the air. The important information being relayed is that sailing is scheduled to sail from San Juan on December 1st with a new all aboard time of 7:00 PM. This change will hopefully allow more time for guests with rescheduled frights into Puerto Rico. DCL is recommending guests arrive at then airport in San Juan no later than 5:00PM. However, if it were me I’d try to arrived earlier if at all possible.

DCL is preemptively notifying guests that the scheduled stop in Tortola is not yet set in stone. Tortola as well as many other Eastern Caribbean ports of call are still recovering from the effects of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria and it is still to early to tell if, in this case, Tortola will be have recovered enough in time for the Disney Magic’s schedule call on Sunday, December 3rd.

Disney will continue to monitor the conditions in Tortola and will issue an update to suests should any changes in the cruise itinerary be needed. If necessary, the Disney Magic is prepared to spend an additional day at sea.

Below is a copy of the guest email that was shared with us by The Reeds.
