Scott, Maybe you already addressed this during your trip reports but did you get to try out the new personal Navigator on this trip and if so what did you think about it? Mine says 51-Days on it today (getting pretty excited now).

      Bill & Elaine,
I tried the app originally in October and found it useful in that it allowed me to see when a particular event would repeat in the sailing or if it was a unique event only offered once. This helped determine if it was something I could skip on one day and catch later in the sailing. I write a little about this at the end of the Personal Navigator App article.

However, I really did not use it much this time on the Fantasy. At night before bed we’d look at the paper navigator for the next day and mark things we wanted to do. Personally, I still prefer the paper version that can be folded up and tucked in my back pocket and I do not have to worry if I lose it or get it wet.

Okay so it’s a really cool countdown calendar but…, I’ll probably treat it in the same fashion as you did to tell you the truth. I am not as attached to my phone as a lot of the people around me. I don’t like the weight (and inconvenience) of it in my shirt or pants pocket and especially when its hot and humid out. I will try it out around deck though just for the fun of it. Thanks for the response and update.

Sorry Kristin, I forgot to ask. I see it was listed on the Personal Navigator for the first 3 days so maybe on this eastern itinerary it was the second sea day. That is just a guess as it did not appear not the navigator later in the week.
