I have to say this is probably one of the BEST rooms on the ship.

Location: The concierge and elevators are right outside of the room, but it's still so quiet that you can't hear anything. Easy access to deck 13, 12, and 11. Just walk right out to the pools. VERY private with hardly any non-concierge guests in the area. There are no moving pictures for the interactive game on this floor. It's also at the front of the ship. You may notice some stronger rocking of the boat because you are staying high up from the center of gravity(Deck 12), but you get used to it after a day or two.

Noise: We had VERY loud neighbors to our left in the room from New Jersey and on the Verandah they were noisy, yet as soon as you go in the room, you hear nothing. The only reason I rate it a 4 is because sometimes at night you can hear the "crew members" (staff) moving chairs and cleaning Deck 13 above you. Sometimes water from the pressure washer can spray down onto the verandah, but it's usually not when you are out there during the day. Just be aware.

Upkeep: Concierge level with fantastic stateroom hosts. Room looks BRAND NEW. It's a million dollar room... better than what I've stayed at in most upscale hotels. On the level of the suites at the Wynn in Las Vegas... that is how nice it is.

Other: It's a Conceirge level room. The amenities in the lounge are outstanding. Disney really made sure that people on Deck12 get taken care of. The room has 3 TVs (two flat screens and a TV in the master bathroom mirror), a gigantic jacuzzi tub with colored lights, art deco everywhere with lights in the mirrors, two marble covered full bathrooms (both have showers), a hide-a-bed couch for two, dining room table, TONS and TONS of closet and storage space including a walk-in closet with mirror, and more.

If you can afford this room, GET IT. The only room better on the entire ship is probably the Royal Suite.
