This is a fantastic stateroom. It's one of the Concierge staterooms, but even without those services, it would be a great stateroom. I was really impressed with the amount of storage built in. There were two closets and a lot of drawers and cabinet space. We didn't even use all of them. In addition, the bed has plenty of space to store large suitcases underneath it. The shower was especially nice. The main shower head is on a vertical bar so it can go up or down and is also removable for use as a hand-held. There is also a great rain-forest shower head. The floor plan shown is accurate except for the shower. The area adjacent to the shower that is shown as solid is actually a seat that you can sit on. Being on Deck 12, we never had to use the elevators to get to the pools or Cabanas. And the room is right next to the Concierge Lounge, which was really great. If you are a coffee or cocktail drinker, I think you could almost pay for the additional cost of the Concierge stateroom in free coffee and cocktails. The room was also very close to the forward elevators, but far enough away that I never heard any noise. It also has two TV's: a large (37"?) one on the wall by the foot of the bed and a smaller one (24"?) in the desk area. We watched "101 Dalmations," "The Jungle Book," "Lady and the Tramp," "Pinnochio," and "Ratattouile" before going to bed or while getting dressed for the day. Having the Concierge services is what puts this room over the top. Julia, PJ and Kemisha really know how to take care of their guests. I would definitely stay in this stateroom again!

The location is perfect: just steps from the lounge but far enough from any stairwell or elevator noise. You can watch fireworks from the balcony. Concierge hosts (Ashley, Emily, and Danny) are top notch. Attentive without being overbearing. Dragos and Hector who work in the lounge are friendly and always remember what your preferences are.
