Assuming you pay cash, dollar for dollar this is probably the best Disney cruise value for the Summer of 2018 on the Dream.

Actually not, the rates in table above reflect per person rates. These rates are about $300-$400 more per person than similar rates on the Dream in the Summer of 2018. Definitely not a deal for DVC members to go on this cruise. I think it’s viewed more as a special event, so premium fares can be charged.

yep. the July 4 sailing with a double dip at Castaway for 2 is only $3590. The DVC cruise is just over $4,000 for 2.

For a DVC member cruise it’s a good deal. When you factor in gratuities as part of the total (they’re included) it’s a nominal difference in price when sailing in July (about a $600 difference for three of us in a category 5C). A bit more but likely offset by daily gifts, special performances, speakers, etc. you would not normally experience on your typical Disney cruise.

This is the first one that we may actually book. The DVC member cruise sailing this August was significantly more than the ‘regular’ cruise that sails the week before. When you factor in that DVC also scheduled it during one of the least desirable weeks of the year to sail while still charging top dollar during a period that tends to cost significantly less it just didn’t make any sense for us.
