I have noticed that military rates seem to be dwindling, has Disney officially come out and said they are cutting back on this wonderful perk or is just status quo. Do you have any insight on which cruise they choose to offer them (I am looking at several for January and there are plenty of staterooms available so it can’t be a sold out issue. Thanks much.

I do not know the inner workings, but FLR and MTO rates are used to fill the ships closer to the sail date. The FLR rates have been cut back more than MTO. It is also important to consider the time of year. The Fall did not have many special offers which could be directly related to the Halloween and Holiday themed sailings driving bookings.

Scott – love your site, been a visitor for quite sometime. Have you noticed GTY rates are either gone or barely a discount at all? I used to find them frequently on the old site and the new, well it seems impossible.
