UPDATE: Since this weekend, users have been unable to enter the sweepstakes. Bill, one of our readers posted the following reply from DCL in the comments.
Dear William:
Thank you for your email.
I regret the challenges you experience with the sweepstakes. Although not all guests are experiencing challenges, please know that our online team is aware of the challenges with certain browsers and access. They currently are working to resolve the situation. Please feel free to continue to check the site periodically.
I hope this proves helpful.

Disney Cruise LineResponse I received back from DCL when I brought the problem to their attention. It sounds to me like he is laying the blame on us users instead of DCL.
I decided to check the website on all the browsers I had available… I tested the website on the following Safari on multiple iOS devices and Mac OS X. Window versions of Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. NONE of the browsers worked. The sweepstakes entry form stopped working when the original which is still listed in the official rules was changed moving the site from the partners sub domain to the parks sub domain.
UPDATE #2: The sweepstakes website issues were resolved shortly before the lunch hour on July 22, 2015.
Link didn’t work, this one did for me though.
[edited: removed bad link to avoid any issues]
I just updated the link. The link Disney used in the official rules document is no longer working for some reason.
Same thing happened to me!!!!! I just want to know the number to text them instead.
The first link works – I see the ‘Secrets to a Dream Cruise’ page. But when I click to ‘enter’ the sweepstakes I get a 404 message.
I receive the same error as well – unable to enter the sweeps. I’ve tried in both chrome and firefox.
Same issue here. Something happened over the last few days to Disney’s website for the sweepstakes. The original link from the official rules is no longer working and now the enter button is not working. There is nothing I can do as we are not affiliated with Disney and they are the ones that need to fix it.
Not your fault. Having booked cruises and then tried to book excursions on Disney’s website, I’ve almost always encountered web issues. You’d think they’d have this nailed down.
Didn’t work for me either. What is the correct link?
The link to the sweepstakes site is working. However, Disney’s website is all messed up and the entry button is not working. There is nothing I can do about this.
I was able to get two entries in before the problems occurred. Maybe I’ll win by default 🙂
Apparently Dave broke the Disney website. ;o)

Nor working for me either.
I thought I would give it one more shot and it is working now. They added a disclaimer to it with a check box and it worked for me at 11:52am.
Worked for me as well…thanks. From the behavior I’m guessing that when it encountered a browser that doesn’t automatically allow third party cookies it went 404 – now it complains. So I went to my less secure back-up browser (which allows them) and all went well.
Just wanted to thank you for letting us know about this contest and for following up on the entry not working. I love your blog and look at it all the time. It is really the only blog I read!
Woo hoo! Apparently Dave didn’t break the website after all. Thanks for following up on this.
Curses, foiled again..
