The Summer 2014 edition of the Disney Cruise Line eCompass is now available for all Castaway Club members.  This is the third interactive issue released to date, and covers an array of topics including the Summer and the recently announced Fall 2015 itineraries. Make sure to check out the interactive maps for the 2015 itineraries as the include some overview information for the various ports of call.

It is true, a Disney Cruise is not just for the kids. The latest edition touches on some unique way adults can relax onboard away from the little ones. Links are included to the four Captain’s Log videos that have been released on DCL’s YouTube channel over the past year, and there is a neat interactive Captain’s Log which focuses primarily on adult only activities offered throughout the day.

There is an overview video of the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, and while the eCompass mentions it will be available soon on the Disney Wonder, there was a report from @StitchKingdom that the app was functional for the 9-night Alaskan cruise last week. So, if you are sailing on the Disney Wonder this summer download the app and give it a try as it may just work before it is officially announced.

Potentially the best part of the Summer edition is the inclusion of select Disney Cruise Line food and drink recipes to help entertain your friends and family this summer. In addition to the recipes there is a DCL trivia game featuring more than 20 questions. If you make any of these recipes Disney Cruise Line suggests that you share your party pictures on Twitter using #DCLSummerParty.

Finally, the Summer 2014 eCompass touts the Disney land and sea vacation which allow guests to begin, or end a Walt Disney World vacation with a Disney Cruise sailing from Port Canaveral.
